Thursday night

It's once again that time of week. Yes Thursdy night after 11pm the ladies can bowl the 3 hour special for free. This Ladies night event is one of the best in town and usually fills the house by midnight. so make sure you are there at 11pm. The beautiful people are seen here. Tuesday night is also Ladies night from 11pm on till 7am. You can come in between 11pm and 7 am and ladies bowl the 3 hour specail for free. Come party with us and meet new friends as well see some old friends! see ya there!!

New Years Eve Sold out after 10pm

We have sold out all 52 lanes for the late shift for tonight so if your looking to bowl you are now out of luck. I tried to tell everyone in the last few post that we would sell out and we did. sorry gang you snooze you loose! we will have lanes back open after 3am so come on in after that!!

Ladies Night

Every Tuesday and Thursday night starting at 11pm Ladies can come in and bowl the 3 hour special for free. We would like to make sure there is 3 People per lane on these nights. So from 11pm until 7am you can come in anytime in between this time and bowl for free. This special is bringing the guys in so there is a good crowd on these nights. Come be seen where the beautiful people hang out!

It's coming.....

It is getting close. New Years Eve is almost here and if your wanting to rent a lane for this special night you better hurry. From 10:30pm till 3am we already have 22 lanes booked and paid for. We are charging $100.00 lane which includes the party favors, games with prizes, and you may bring in your own snack foods. No drinks are allowed but you may buy them at our snack bar. This yearly event is a family event that everyone has made into a tradition. If you want to book a lane without leaving your couch you can call us at 355-0501. Thanks and Happy New Year!

Merry Christmas

I want to take the time to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and let you know that we are open Christmas eve until 6pm and then reopen on Christmas day at 3pm going 24 hours until next Thanksgiving. Remember that we are now booking for our fabulous New Years Eve parties. Call 355-0501 for more info.

Monday night madness.

It's Monday and it's time for some madness. at 11pm we will be charging a $5.00 cover at the door and this covers your bowling with food specials and a 12oz draft beer for $2.00. I look forward to seeing everyone on Monday nights!

We have many specials going on during the week If you are wanting to bowl and save money your best bet is to gather 2 of your friends and join us for our 3 hour special which we have going on on Sunday thru Thursday nights starting at 8:30pm and each of you pay $10.00 a piece. On the weekends we run this special at midnight till 2am. Mondays starting at 11pm Our special is pay $5.00 cover at the door and you get the bowling for free and we have a 12 oz draft for $2.00 and dollar food specials. this is a treat that can't be missed. Bring everyone you know out on monday nights late and party with us. Wednesday night at 11pm till 2am we have ladies night. the ladies can bowl the hourly special for $6.00 and if your in college it only cost you $5.00 with student i.d. Plan your New Years Eve

I want to let everyone know we have 2 parties palnned for New Years Eve

The first party is from 6:30pm until 10pm and the cost is $75.00 a lane which each lane can hold 8 bowlers.

The second party is from 10:30pm until 3am and includes the lane, party favors and prizes..this is a great value if you have 8 bowlers in your party.

I do suggest that you call ASAP and book your lane for right after Christmas we will start filling up and will be booked solid by Dec 30th!!!

Our holiday schedule.

It's that time of year again and we want to wish everyone a happy holiday season. our hours are as follows:

Wednesday night we will be closing around 4 to 5am so our employees can enjoy the holiday with family.

Thanksgiving day we will be opening at 3pm and going 24 hours until Dec 24th.

Dec 24th we will be open until 6pm and reopen on Christmas day at 3pm.


Call us now to reserve your lane for New Years eve. Both shifts will sell out by Dec 31st so book your party now! More details to come closer we get to the big night!

Welcome D.A.R.E. Lock-in

Well the holiday season is here and that means it's time for the annual D.A.R.E. Lock-In. On Tuesday Nov 25th from 11pm till 6am the bowling center will be closed for 350 5th graders from the area. This keeps them off drugs and off the streets. If your planning on coming to bowl this night please remember to come early because we will be closing around 10pm to clean the place up and get ready for these 5th graders. We will be back open at 6am for your bowling enjoyement!

Recession buster night!

We are in a recession now and with everyone watching what they spend we have decided to help those with a weekly special. Every Monday night from 11pm till 7am we are charging a $5.00 cover charge at the door. You get 3 hours of bowling for you and 2 of your friends for $5.00 each. We have slashed the 3 hours special half price from $10 a person to the mere $5.00 a person. We are also having specials in our snack bar. $2.00 draft beer and $1.00 menu which includes, small soft drink, hot dog, slice of pizza, small fry or tots, corn dog. So why not come out on Monday nights late night and relax alittle with your friends!! We are going to run this special until the spring.

Bowling centers use the internet to build business

I just finished an interview with Bowling Center Management magizine for next months issue. This was exciting to do and they will be talking about how 4 different centers use the internet to build business and yes the Smyrna Bowling Center will be one of those four. Welcome back M.T.S.U

WELCOME P.B.A

Today starts the P.B.A tour at our bowling center and yes you can come and watch this event starting at 3pm today and lasting until 5pm. Also come and join the pro-am and bowl with the pro's. There are time slots open tonight at 6pm and 8pm and then again tomorrow nigt at 7pm. This P.B.A. tournament will last until Sunday morning. This is the second yr the Smyrna Bowling Center has held this event and we hope you will come by and watch these pro's from the southeast compete. call us for more info at 355-0501! SEE YOU THERE!!

80's party coming

On July 15th which is a Tuesday night at 11pm till 3am we are having a 80's party with a live d.j. I want everyone to know that they can dress up as an 80's character or artist. There will be a $3.00 to come into the bowling to cover the cost of this d.j. also we will be running specials all night with $1.00 items in the snack bar. mark your calendars now to attend and bring the whole family.

Closed on Wednesday night March 26th

I want everyone to know coming up March 26th at 10pm we will be closing for the night for the DARE lock-in. We will not be opening back up until 6am. This is a yearly lock-in that we hold for the Smyrna police dept and all 5th graders. Sorry for the trouble this might cause you but we will be back open 24 hours Thursday and will be here the rest of the year for all to come in and enjoy bowling at it's best!

Pepsi Tournament ..

Yes it is going to be snowing and as of right now at 4:30pm we are still going to hold this event for tomorrow and Sunday. If your coming from across the state please look at the road conditions first before heading out to Smyrna. Also if the roads seem to be getting bad please call us here at the center 355-0501 to make sure we are still holding this event. If you get into town tonight and get bored why not come out and practice some with us. We are open 24 hours a day and won't close because of snow!

Pepsi Tournament

This Saturday is the annual Pepsi Tournament and this year its bigger than ever with over 700 youth coming to Smyrna to bowl and compete. The fun begins Saturday at 9am running until the last squad goes up at 6pm and then the finals run on Sunday morning at 9 a.m. If you haven't seen a tournament like this it's wise you come early and watch all the fun. From what I hear its even more packed than the high school state tournament. Hope to see everyone there Saturday morning!!

New midnight league coming soon

Coming the first week of April I am putting together a blind doubles league and it is going to be a fun league that you don't have to be there every week. You will come in on Thursday night at midnight and each week you will draw a name to bowl with then the price of the bowling will be $7.50 and we will decide how much we want to put in the jackpot fund and after the 3 games are bowled the top team will win the jackpot. Everyweek someone will win with a different partner. I hope to see you in April.

March Madness coming soon

Starting on March 4th at midnight we are going in madness mode. come in and enjoy midnight madness bowling with the lights outs and a color pin added to every lane.The color pin is there and if it becomes the head pin and you get a strike then you get to draw a ticket for something free out of the snack bar. This is alot of fun and friends try to beat each other and see what all you can win!

Grab a pair of beads....Feb 26th

On Tuesday night Feb 26th at midnight we are having out late Fat Tuesday/leap year/alternative night at the Smyrna bowling center. We are welcoming everyone to come out and have a great time with friends. Everyone that come in and bowls will get a pair of beads and everytime you get a strike you may go to another lane and take someone's beads the one with the most beads at 2am will win a party for 6 valued at $75.00. This is for sure going to be fun and exciting for everyone.

Crazy nights ahead...

We are having some crazy nights planned at the smyrna bowling center. Plan on coming out late night after 11pm and you just don't know what all kinds of specials we will be throwing your way. We will doing some crazy things Sun thru Thursday nights so plan to bring your group of friends out for a late evening of fun.

Our Prices!

Here is a list of our prices:

Weeknights: Mon. thru Thursday $3.50 a game $2.50 shoes or 2 games and shoes for $9.00

Friday and Saturday nights the rate is $4.00 a game and $2.50 shoes and we do charge a cover of $10.00 at the front door, which you will get a card for 2 games and shoes to use. This keeps out the teenagers that want to sit around and bother bowlers.

Our specials:

We have a 3 hour special that starts Sun thru Thursday night at 8:30 pm and runs until 3am. The rate is $30.00 a lane with 3 people, which is $10.00 a person. If you only have 2 people in your party then you pay $20.00 and get 2 hours of bowling.

On Friday and Sat. nights the 3 hour special starts at midnight and ends at 2am.
